Usage and Consistency
Official Perma Blend instructions:
IMPORTANT: do not dilute with water or other agents. For consistency, use only Perma Blend Thinning / Shading Solutions. Shake the bottle for at least 1 minute before pouring. Note: pre-modified modifier from the Ready, Set, Go system — designed for quick adjustment of eyebrow mixes.
