Detroit is a cool, saturated, violet-aubergine shade, with great depth and an intense character. It is a suitable pigment for stronger results, especially in work where a cool, sophisticated and well-defined color is desired.

Usage recommendations:
It is especially suitable for brunettes and for clients who tolerate cooler and more intense shades. The catalog does not recommend using it pure on cool lips, as it can over-emphasize the cool undertone.

Recommended mixes:
Detroit performs best in combination with warm or neutral shades, when the aim is to maintain depth, but with a more chromatically balanced final result.

Notes:
It is a more technical shade, recommended when the artist wants to add intensity and depth, but with careful control over the final color temperature.
