In the new SHINE palette, Mocha retains the formula of the old Dark Chocolate (contains glycerin), kept at the request of PMU masters. Medium-dark brown for defined eyebrows. For lightening, add Latte or Cappuccino; for cool skin tones, work with warm correctors.
