PIGMENT PERMA BLEND LUXE PMU – Java (15ml) – EU REACH
Professional pigment for permanent makeup (PMU), created for stable, predictable results and controlled mixes during work. Java shade is a rich, medium brown, designed to harmonize with a variety of skin types.
Ingredients / color composition: LUXE EU REACH & BVL formula, formulation properties: Blend. The complete CI list can be found in the official Perma Blend SDS for the Java shade.
Technical recommendation: natural eyebrows on clients with medium skin tone; good as a base shade in brow mixes, with caution on very cool/ashy skin.
Instructions for use: shake the pigment for a minimum of 1 minute before use. Do not dilute with water or other incompatible products; for consistency modification, use Perma Blend Thinning or Shading Solution. Store at room temperature, away from direct sunlight, with the cap closed after use.
Important: healed results depend on phototype, undertone, working technique, saturation, pressure, dilution, and aftercare. Product intended for professional use only.
